1. Acceptance
By accessing or using MyHomeSpec, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
2. What MyHomeSpec provides
MyHomeSpec is an AI-powered workspace for residential construction projects. We provide tools for material list generation, 3D rendering, project management, and team collaboration. Our AI features are designed to assist your decision-making — they do not replace professional architectural, engineering, or construction advice.
3. Your account
You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information when signing up.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of all content you upload — floor plans, photos, notes, material selections, and project data. By uploading content, you grant MyHomeSpec a license to process it solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use MyHomeSpec for lawful purposes related to residential construction projects. You may not use the platform to upload harmful content, attempt to reverse-engineer our AI systems, or resell access to the platform.
6. AI-generated content
MyHomeSpec's AI generates material lists, renderings, recommendations, and analysis based on your uploaded plans and data. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content is provided as a planning aid and should be verified by qualified professionals before use in actual construction. MyHomeSpec is not liable for errors in AI-generated content.
7. Fees and billing
Free tier features are available at no cost. Paid features are billed as described at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Early access pricing commitments will be honored as described at signup.
8. Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you can request export of your project data within 30 days.
9. Limitation of liability
MyHomeSpec is a planning and collaboration tool. We are not responsible for construction outcomes, material accuracy, or project results. Our liability is limited to the fees you've paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll notify you of material changes via email.
